Terms And Conditions

1. Membership, Billing, and Access

Whop Integration: Access to the Mahjong Drops community is sold as a recurring monthly subscription ($100/month) via a third-party platform, Whop.

Billing & Cancellation: All payment processing, billing, and subscription management are handled entirely by Whop. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account. We do not directly collect, store, or process your payment information.

Discord Integration: The gated community is hosted on Discord. You must have a valid Discord account and comply with Discord's Terms of Service.

Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to remove any member from the community, revoke access, or cancel a membership at our sole discretion, with or without cause, at any time.

2. The Services (Alerts & Newsletter)

Automated Alerts: We provide real-time restock and drop alerts for mahjong tiles and accessories across approximately 47 third-party retailers. While our marketing references "sub-30-second alerts," this is an operational target based on our technology, not a binding guarantee. We are not liable for missed drops, bot downtime, retailer website changes, or network latency.

No Affiliation: Mahjong Drops is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the third-party retailers we monitor.

Newsletter: Your membership includes the weekly "Mahjong Dispatch" newsletter summarizing notable drops and community updates.

3. The Marketplace

Mahjong Drops provides a dedicated Discord channel for members to list mahjong-related items for sale or trade. By participating in this marketplace, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

Venue Only: Mahjong Drops is merely a venue that allows members to connect. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

No Verification or Warranties: We do not hold, ship, inspect, or authenticate any items listed in the community. We do not verify member identities beyond standard Whop and Discord signups. We make no representations or warranties regarding the authenticity, condition, legality, or value of any items, nor do we guarantee the trustworthiness or ability of any member to complete a transaction.

Assumption of Risk: You buy, sell, and trade at your own risk. Members are solely responsible for negotiating terms, arranging payment (e.g., via Venmo, PayPal), and handling shipping.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from member-to-member transactions must be resolved strictly between the involved members. Mahjong Drops will not mediate, arbitrate, or otherwise intervene in transaction disputes, nor are we liable for any loss, fraud, or damages incurred.

4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahjong Drops and its operator(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from (a) your use of the Services; (b) any transactions made in the member marketplace; or (c) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mahjong Drops from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
