How fast are the alerts?+
Most restock and drop alerts reach you in under 30 seconds from the moment a set goes live. We can't guarantee that drops won't sell out before you access them, but we can guarantee that you'll be one of the first to know about them. Brands who quietly add stock, restock, or returns… you'll be one of the first to know.
Which retailers do you track?+
We watch 47 retailers across 2,128 SKUs, including Oh My Mahjong, Sunday Mahjong, The Mahjong Line, and more. Tailored to our subscribers, request new brands to be added anytime through our Discord help desk. We adapt to the market's demands.
How does the marketplace work?+
We curate the marketplace to showcase highly sought-after products and require all sellers to provide proof of original purchase. All product descriptions will include essential details to ensure a secure and seamless transaction. If a seller fails to provide proof of purchase, you will be notified on the listing. Please purchase at your own risk. Payment and shipping arrangements are directly facilitated between the buyer and seller. No additional fees for buying or selling on marketplace.
Can I cancel anytime?+

Can I filter the alerts?+
Absolutely. Set rules by retailer, tile type, and price ceiling so you only hear about the drops that matter to you.
Managing alerts in Discord:
- Once in the Discord server, click the MahjongDrops icon
and go to "alerts-setup." - Set up alerts based on store preference, price ceiling, or keywords.
- If selecting stores, open the first page of stores and select your brands, then click "next" for the second page and make your selections.
- Once you've chosen your favorite brands, click "back to menu" then "save & finish."
To access your drop notifications, select the direct message icon
in the top left. This is your all-in-one feed for drops and restocks.

To access the marketplace ("changing-hands"), alert settings, chat, help desk, and announcements, select the MahjongDrops icon in the top-left corner of Discord.
